"Earn while you learn. . . "

     Each artist that becomes part of the Air 2B Difrent team, is trained and lead by myself and my managers. There is immediate hands on involvement that continues on into day to day operation and learning. In other words, you get paid to learn. I also believe that T-shirt painting and the resulting skills that are learned, will allow anyone who desires, to branch off into any artistic field that they choose. These skills include an understanding of color and composition, rendering and lettering, cartooning and caricature... all in the guise of T-shirt art. The complete package.

     Each artist is also paid for the work that they produce. The more that you do, the more you make. I love that approach. Personally I like to be rewarded directly for the work that I do. I'm sure that you do too. With this individual achievement there co-exists a fostering of "help and share". I encourage and try to develop an atmosphere of creativity among the artists. Each individual brings a distinctive style to the mix. I think that with each additional style, all can learn something new. This shared creativity also brings with it the understanding that there exists help if need be... artistic, business or personal.   

      With quality artists comes quality locations. My locations are a combination of efficiency, creativity and good times... the emphasis on the latter 2. The designs are simple and clean but still require skill and are challenging to all levels. I like to tell everyone that if you're not learning something everyday, you're just not looking.
